커피 장비
아직은 프로토 타입 모델로 3~4년간 개발해왔던 언더바 형태의 빌트인 에스프레소 머신이 샌스프란시스코의 한 샵에 설치 되었습니다.
SCAA 에서 선보였고 카운터 컬쳐에 설치 된 MOD BAR 와 좀 유사하기도 하지만, MOD 바가 커스텀형 에스프레소 머신이라면, 이 머신은 완성형의 모습을 가진 빌트인 전용 에스프레소 모델이라고 말하는게 적합할 듯 합니다. 시네소의 전자 파트 일부를 제외하고는 모든 것이 새롭게 만들어진 머신이며, PID, Pressure Profiling, 추출 온도의 정교성 등의 기본적인 플래그쉽 머신의 특징을 고루 갖추고 있습니다. 아직은 정식 명칭은 정해지지 않았고 보다 개선된 머신이 출시 될 예정으로 보입니다.
