[질문답변] Coe관련해서 여쭈어보고 싶어요

제가 요즘 Coe관련해서 차근 차근 보고 있는데,

요것들 차이가 뭐에요. 


이긴 농장에서 당연히 National Winner가 나와야 하지 않을까? 생각했는데, 뒤에 보니 그 농장은 없네요? 뒤는 심판들 나와있는 것 같은데.. 다른 건 모르겠어요 ㅠㅠ 


Q. Winning Farm과 National Winner는 다른 건가요? 설명쫌 해주시면 감사하겠어요 ㅠㅠ

Cup of Excellence auction: The winning lots are the top 30 coffees that scored above an 87 by the Cup of Excellence International Jury. These coffees have each been cupped a minimum of five different times during the cupping process. The coffee is packaged in 30kg boxes containing two 15kg vacuum-packed bags.

National Winners auction: The National Winner lots are coffees scoring 85+ points during the International Week by the Cup of Excellence International Jury. These coffees have each been cupped a minimum of five different times during the cupping process. The coffee is packaged in 69kg hermetic bags.

기간내 출품된 생두중

87점 이상 + 상위 30위 = C.O.E.

C.O.E 농장 = Winning farms.

85점이상 - C.O.E = National winner.

NW = C.O.E는 탈락했지만 커핑점수 85점 이상의 준수한 출품작.
